Thank you for your continued support. We couldn't do it without you!

Thank you for submitting applications. At the moment, we are at capacity and we are accepting waitlist applicants only as we raise more funding. We are hopeful that we will raise more funds, and wish we could satisfy each and every request immediately and in full” which is where our hearts are.

in the meanwhile we still encourage you to apply, as we can send you our free monthly newsletter and connect you to others. It’s hard to journey through this time alone. Let’s consider ways for local global chapters to be connected to you or be launched in the future so all will be connected to culture care communities

Hilary Teachout Grants honor the memory of the wife of Terry Teachout, the renowned Wall Street Journal theater critic who has been a friend of International Arts Movement. Hilary lost her life amidst the COVID-19 crisis due to an illness that required a double lung transplant.

Terry states:

Hilary Teachout’s passionate love of all the performing arts was boundless — no audience ever had a more enthusiastic member — and it is deeply gratifying to me to know that this grant will honor her blessed memory. My warmest thanks to all who have made it possible, and my heartfelt congratulations to all who will benefit from it.”

To apply for aid, download the application and submit a completed version to [email protected]internationalartsmovement.org.

Please note that if you have made a donation to the Hilary Teachout Funds for COVID-19 Artists Relief, that based on IRS guidelines, we are unable to accept instructions to provide aid to an individual artist(s). Our board will use all donations in a pooled manner to make independent decisions regarding all artist grants. If this is not acceptable, please email [email protected]internationalartsmovement.org.

For those mailing checks, please make the check out to International Arts Movement and not Hillary Teachout Grant or Fund.
